Magazines Vs. Journals

The information I found in the journals compared to the information I found in the magazines were completely different. I found that the magazines focused their approach on a particular audience of readers. The way the research was presented in the journals was much more in depth and focused on a particular point. The article did not change subjects until every detail was specifically explained. The articles were also much longer and contained a lot more facts that were backed up by research and experiments conducted. The articles in the journals also pertained to medical conditions specifically and obesity. They not only gave specific examples but also provided real medical conditions. The magazine articles were definitely geared toward informing their audience of useful information but in an entertaining manner.
